Chartered in 1991, Delclos Walsh Associates, Inc. began as a consulting firm focused on Business Management and Financial Services. Our two principal owners Larry Delclos and John Walsh used their experience and contacts in banking to launch the consultancy. The venture immediately led into additional areas of business.
This began with the formation and partial ownership of The Winfield Group JV. The business leadership of Delclos/Walsh was paired with the real estate experience of long-time broker Phil Young. The Winfield Group remains a foundation of the circle of partnerships that are a strength of Delclos Walsh Associates.
Government contracting quickly became the major focus of the firm. Teaming with other companies, large and small, became a regular way of doing business. Companies DWA has teamed with include Bearing Point, Kepler Research, Joseph Consulting and Wrightwood Properties.
